The Story behind
For 25 years now I apply Snoezelen as an approach for elderly people with dementia. In all those years I conducted many trainings sessions, workshops and lectures to share and to let people learn from my experience in daily practise. During this time I discovered that there are many people in all kinds of professions and all over the world doing wonderful things with Snoezelen. Especially the last few years the number of different client populations on which Snoezelen as a therapy is used has increased enormously. But, to my surprise I noticed that all the people I met had one thing in common: a lack of information!
